Are my store credentials secure?

Security is our top priority. Your credentials, Apple .p8 private keys and Google service account JSON keys, are encrypted before being stored in our database. They are used strictly to authenticate the automated communications between our servers and Apple or Google to manage your refunds.

Can I use RefundShield for multiple apps?

Yes! You can add and manage multiple iOS and Android apps from a single dashboard. Each app can have its own distinct App Store Connect or Google Play credentials and a tailored protection strategy (Maximum, Medium, or Minimum).

Can I share my account with my team?

At this time, RefundShield does not support multi-user accounts.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your Profile page. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your apps will immediately stop being protected.
